Pixforus offers worldwide shipping for products sold directly on Pixforus.com - At our discretion, shipping may utilize FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS, depending on the size and weight of the shipment, and the destination. We ship from our shop in Northern California within 1-2 business days and can reach most addresses in the US within 2-7 business days after shipment. Please note, shipping transit times are separate from production lead times.

After your order has shipped you will receive an email with all of the necessary information in order to track your purchase.

In the event that your package is undeliverable, unclaimed, or rejected, the responsibility falls on you to take the following actions:

  • Shipping expenses for both delivery and return
  • Only international orders are subject to duties, taxes, and other customs charges for both the initial shipment and the return. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount for your merchandise.

In case the package is marked as delivered to your address but is not received, kindly inform us within 2 weeks of placing your order for domestic shipments or 4 weeks for international shipments. Upon receiving your report, we will initiate an inquiry with our carrier to locate the missing package. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will resend your order free of charge, subject to availability.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. As noted above make sure your mail to address is correct before placing your order.

Upon arrival of your package to the country of destination, customers are required to settle all duties, taxes, and other fees that may be imposed. The amount of duty fees may vary depending on the product and its country of origin. Additional charges and duties may also be applicable depending on the items. Please note that duty fees are non-refundable for any returns. For further details, kindly reach out to your local customs office.

The recipient of the package may be subject to all relevant duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency upon delivery by USPS's local country affiliates. It is the recipient's responsibility to bear all taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with the package. For details regarding the accepted method of payment for these charges, kindly consult your local post office or carrier.

NOTE: Shipping times may be delayed due to service disruption, increased carrier volume, inclement weather, and holidays. Pixforus is unable to re-route or modify shipments once they're sent out. Free shipping is provided on the first shipment attempt only. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, shipping fees would apply on any subsequent attempts.

Once an order has been processed, Pixforus is unable to change the billing or shipping addresses. Please verify that your mail to address is correct when placing order.
